    By J KamauDecember 18, 2025

Kenyan business leaders are urging the government to prioritize settling pending bills to improve money circulation and stimulate economic growth. Prominent figures, including Perminus Kariuki of Nyota Njema Properties, highlight how delayed payments have forced businesses to downsize and contributed to job losses. Calls also include government collaboration with local firms, tax reliefs for sectors like automotive, and reconsideration of real estate taxes. These interventions are deemed crucial for enhancing investment and boosting purchasing power.
