Police in Kiambu are investigating the suspicious death of a man who fell from a third-floor apartment in Juja’s Witeithie area. Detectives recovered a sharp object from the victim’s pocket, raising doubts about suicide theories. The body is currently at the mortuary awaiting an autopsy to determine the true cause of death.
