A Juja parliamentary aspirant in the 2022 general election Aloise Kinyanjui has vowed to unseat the incumbent George Koimburi come 2027 citing non performance and little or no service delivery since the last election.

During a interview with Kiambu Observer, Kinyanjui popularly know by his first name Aloise said Juja is still where it was three years after the polls a situation which calls for a visionary, dynamic and development conscious leader qualities he said he posses.

“I believe there was a victory for me, a victory which was stolen, but they may have had their day, but they will not have their way this time round” he said promising to seal all loopholes that existed then.

Kinyanjui who as the runner-up during the elections garnering 33,000 votes against Koimburi’s 37,000 said the dilapidated road network, poor school infrastructure and a failed medical system were his greatest concerns.

“It’s sad that 70% of Juja is not connected to electricity, no single Technical institution, no law courts, no land office, extremely bad economy for the people of Juja and most importantly, the education sector performs poorly and the constituency lacks even a single Boarding secondary school while the state of our primary schools is deplorable” he said.

The aspirant said that despite health care being a devolved function the MP has a part to play decrying the fact that the sickly have to be ferried from far flung areas in the vast constituency to access the only Level 4 hospital Gachororo.

He said the constituency with a population of 300,000 and second to Ruiru in terms of population and geography requires a Level 4 hospital in every ward and as MP he will work hand in hand with the county government to ensure that this is achieved.

He said his major concern is roads in the Constituency is roads which are in a diplorable condition and is time the habbit of using murram was set aside and they instead be tarmacked .

‘All this coupled with enriching people’s pockets forms the goals I want to achieve as MP for Juja and I believe I’m equal to the task and that this time round, my dream will be realized.

The astute Businessman holds a Master degree in Public Administration and Management and a Bachelors Degree in Commerce majoring in Business.

“I have come from very far and formed my coin one after the other up to where I’m both economically and socially and I believe if I apply my credentials and experience, I can take Juja to the next level’ he said at the end of the interview adding that his other concern is youth and women empowerment.

Asked on his political party of choice, he said that is a decision he has yet to make but out ruled running on either UDA or ODM.
