The court case of Stephen Kigathe, a parliamentary aspirant for Kikuyu, has been rescheduled for the 26th of this month. The postponement occurred because the presiding magistrate was not available to hear the case.
Kigathe’s legal team, led by lawyers Joel Kimani and Ndegwa Njiru, expressed their commitment to moving forward despite the procedural delay. They stressed the importance of ensuring that justice is served for their client. The lawyers and Mr. Kigathe were seen with supporters at the Kiambu law courts.
